GEEKOM A5 Pro (2026, 7530U) uses AMD Ryzen 5 7530U with AMD Radeon Graphics. The 7530U edition targets everyday office and home tasks in a low-profile chassis. Two different M.2 interfaces offer expansion, but a SATA-only secondary slot cannot use an NVMe SSD.

What owners say

Nine reviewers had the 2026 A5 Pro with the Ryzen 5 7530U, and most found it quiet: 26.6 dB(A) at idle and about 34 under load at 15 cm in one lab, "a low whisper" at maximum stress for another, although a lab measuring 5 cm from the top reached 50.7 dBA in 3DMark. Temperatures depend on the room — a 60 °C peak in one stress test, up to 86 °C in another with the room at 27 to 29 °C — with no throttling in either. It sips power, 3 to 6 W at idle and 25 to 43 W under load, and one reviewer ran it for a month as a Proxmox, OPNsense and Home Assistant server at under 40% processor load, although the Realtek NIC needed hardware offloading disabled and the single port needs VLAN tricks for a firewall. This edition drops the 2.5-inch bay (the connector is still on the board, unpopulated) and the Kensington slot, and the SSD runs at PCIe 3.0 speed. Opening it means glued feet and, by one account, a short antenna lead. 4K60 video plays well; 8K does not. The weights reviewers measured run from 375 to 520 g, well under the 652 g GEEKOM lists. Ubuntu and Fedora ran out of the box. GEEKOM has since switched some markets back to the 7430U, so check the processor in a listing.

A quiet, low-power office PC or always-on home server.
Not for
Firewall builds that need two network ports, anyone who needs a 2.5-inch drive or a lock slot, and gaming.
